When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at heelerco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Yes, you can use our BioThane collars and leashes at the beach. However, please be aware that exposure to sea water can damage the hardware and cause it to rust quicker with repeated use. It is always best to rinse the gear thoroughly with fresh clean water, after any use around sea water. Allow gear to dry before storing.

We currently offer standard shipping (within Australia only) on all orders for a flat rate of $10.

Shipping times vary due to the individual carrier. We use AusPost for all of our packages. Standard shipping should arrive within 7-10 days of postage.

It is always best to use a soft tape measure to determine collar size. Place the tape measure around the dog’s neck, where their collar would normally sit, and measure the size that can comfortably fit 2 fingers underneath.

Alternatively, you can use a collar your dog already wears, lay the collar flat and measure the length.

If your dog is in-between sizes and you are not sure, send us an email and we can make some adjustments.
