AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All our BioThane gear and slip leash/collar range is handmade to order. Anything ordered from these ranges has a processing time of 2-4 weeks to allow us time to make your gear. This also means that any retail products outside this range, ordered at the same time, will be shipped out with custom gear in 2-4 weeks. You will receive another email with tracking when your order has been shipped.

All of our retail range is shipped out in 2-4 business days. You will receive another email with tracking when your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping (Australia) - $10 flat rate Australia wide
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping via Australia post is 3-8 business days, depending on where you are located.

We currently do not offer express shipping.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do offer returns and refunds under review of specific circumstances. To request a return/refund it must be within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified by Heeler Co.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no scratches or scuff marks. Unfortunately any custom products (i.e. anything with customised writing) are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.
